Jeff interviews Jason Riley about his new start-up  “J. Riley Distillery”  in Redlands.  Jason introduces the three whiskeys he is making: California Clear White Whiskey,  Aeva Mae’s Apple Spice and Jeremiah Riley Bourbon.  The base of all his ingredients is Blue Corn.

The three Whiskeys offered:  Aeva Mae's Apple Spice: Lightly sweet with hints of molasses.  They make with their white whiskey and cinnamon sticks, brown sugar and ripe apples.

The three Whiskeys offered: Aeva Mae’s Apple Spice:: They make with their white whiskey and cinnamon sticks, brown sugar and ripe apples. Next is Jason’s White Whiskey called California Clear.  Made with blue corn, it has a slightly sweet flavor with hint of citrus.  Last is a bourbon called Jeremiah Riley with floral hints and a piney finish.
