Fine dining in the Inland Empire just got better with The Pines Steakhouse restaurant in the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino in Highland, CA. After a several million dollar re-do and a new Chef, The Pines sparkles inside and out. With it’s new elegant upscale feel complete with hanging beads, beautiful flowers, an in-house DJ, the setting is set for a delicious meal. Chef Eulalia Sanchez has used her Old World traditions from her native Spain and combined them fresh, honest food to create a delicious new menu. Thanks to San Manuel for a wonderful and tasty time.
