E.A.T. Marketplace (Extraordinary Artisan Table)  is a unique restaurant in the Inland Empire.  As they explain, it is a locally grown company specializing in bridging the gap between farm to table by foraging from local food shed and purchasing direct from small, organic farms, ranches and local food artisans.  Chef Lead Di Bernardo is passionate about this heartfelt endeavor and you can taste it in all her delicious food. On the segment Jeff discusses with Chef Leaf the Slow Food Movement, local artisans and foraging.
